Viewing the call logs
Every call made or received on Avorra is stored on the platform for future reference.
To view the call logs, follow these steps:
Step 1 – Accessing the Dashboard
After logging on to Avorra, by default, the page is displayed.
Step 2 – Viewing the call logs
Each call log stored on Avorra will have the following details:
- Date and time of the call
- User
- From – The person who made the call
- To – The person or number to whom the call was made.
- Type of call (Phone or Mobile)
- Direction (Outbound or Inbound)
- Status (Completed, No-answer, Busy, Cancelled)
- Duration
